WHEN: November 12, 2011 (Saturday)
ASSEMBLY TIME: 4:00AM
MEETING PLACE: Jollibee at corner AS Fortuna. Point A in this MAP
WE LEAVE AT EXACTLY: 4:30AM

WHAT TO BRING
- Camera
- Your favorite landscape lens and filters
- Tripod with quick release shoe.
- Drinking water and snacks
- Flash light
- Money (amot2x ta sa gas para sa mga auto and mag dungan sad ta breakfast after shoot)

IMPORTANT INFO

• Expect to get your feet wet. We will be going down to the shore area.
• Bring a flash light. The area is still very dark at 430am to 5:00am.
• I recommend non IPC members to provide their own means of transportation.
• We will be staying until around 8am so be sure you had your breakfast already.

In exchange for participation in this activity organized by iSTORYA.NET PHOTOGRAPHY CLUB (IPC), I agree for myself and (if applicable) for the members of my family, to the following:

1. I agree to observe and obey all posted rules and warnings, and further agree to follow any oral instructions or directions given by IPC, or representatives of IPC.

2. I recognize that there are certain inherent risks associated with the above described activity and I assume full responsibility for personal injury to myself and (if applicable) my family members, and further release and discharge IPC for injury, loss or damage arising out of me or my family's use of or presence upon the facilities of IPC, whether caused by the fault of myself, my family, IPC or other third parties.

3. I agree to indemnify and defend IPC against all claims, causes of action, damages, judgments, costs or expenses, including attorney fees and other litigation costs, which may in any way arise from me or my family's use of or presence upon the facilities or venue of the activity.

4. I agree to pay for all damages to the facilities caused by me or my family's negligent, reckless, or willful actions.

5. Any legal or equitable claim that may arise from participation in the above shall be resolved under Philippine Law.
