Where to exchange south african rand in cebu?

Hello

I was wondering if there's any body here that can point me to where I can exchange my South African rand for PH php??.. I've been to so many malls and I see SA rand listed but doesn't have a price for it... Asked the people manning those posts and I get the same reply... They stare at the board and tell me they don't buy it for now... I only got a hundred SA rand which I got from my brother and I'm not really in the need to have it exchanged however what concerns me is that if my brother comes back and gives me more of it, it will be too many just to collect and if I can't have it exchanged I'll be stuck with it... It's not like I'll be travelling there anytime now, so please if anyone can point me to the right direction you'll be doing me a big favor....

it would be best to convert the rand to US dollars when your brother leaves south africa

1 ZAR = 5.50 PHP
Kung ingon ani nag conversion, mura'g mobutang na silag minimum amount.
Probably 1000 ZAR or 500 ZAR. Not very sure though.
