you have your own meter for your electricity. water is free. we have a very big laudry area. Cr is communal but we have 4 comfort rooms for bath and another 4 separate rooms for toilet.

sorry we do not have parking space. Our small room is 5 feet by 8 feet more or less. Our big room is twice its size (10 feet by 16 feet). All rooms have high ceilings and have cabinets for your folded clothing.
