    Default Omega 6 Food Sources


    Something to share about the food with the most OMEGA 6 that we should avoid.

    If you dont know yet, Omega 6 is not healthy in our body. So it is advisable to have low in Omega 6 and have high intake in Omega 3.

    dili man tingai na unhealthy siya, pero if mas daghan iya value kay sa omega 3 dili na siya maayo sa lawas.

    Unhealthy if cge kag Omega 6. The best thing to do is to reduce the intake by avoiding the food that has rich in Omega 6.
