If the site is still knew, it's self destructive.
It can be a deterrent rather than an income producing campaign.

Bag-o pa man puros ako sites... dili jud ko mogamit ani.

it does not require to have an old site for you to be involve in CPA .... others don't have a website doing CPA .... their are site where you can put directly the download link and you will distribute the link anyway once they will download it they need to undergo some survey .. you can make a good money with CPA but that is depending on your work and the people you target with the offer.
