We are currently looking for:
Technical Support preferably with experience in answering support emails. With strong troubleshooting skills
with advanced knowledge of WordPress (from installation, theme customization, plugins, troubleshooting, etc.)
knows FTP/SFTP, basic PHP, cronjobs, CPanel administration, PhpMyAdmin basic DNS and mySQL DB background.
A self-starter and can learn the products quickly (we don't cater formal training as of now, you have to learn the products through testing it and from checking the old tickets. For complicated issues, you can send an email to the developers. We are launching 2-3 products each month (example: WordPress theme, plugins, etc.). If it's a new product, you can learn it through beta testing. THIS IS A FULL TIME position (work from home). We currently have around 2-3 vacant positions available to be filled and all you need aside from the qualifications above is your fast, stable, and reliable internet connection at home, your typing skills and good English communication skills as well.
