if first 4 numbers lang - no you cant tell if its postpaid or prepaid

091732 - thats a postpaid from globe - 100% sure
so kung mao na basis nato- meaning first 6 numbers

so kung nakaila ka nga postpaid iyang gamit- check the first 6 numbers then mao to gamiton nimo basis

try loading the number with prepaid load. I think the system won't accept it. Tried it with my Smart before it did not allow.
