Hi fellow istoryans. We are looking for 1 customer resolutions agent to work with us. Job description includes: answering calls about 20 - 30 calls for a one shift, chat support, outbound calls to follow up billing concerns and sign-ups. We are a very fresh and newly opened (so meaning no office yet, no benefits, no contract to sign with). For the first month you will be only paid the minimum salary (305 pesos per day) working hours is is 12am - 8 am Philippine Time from Mondays to Fridays and 12am - 4am during Saturdays (half day paid). Training will be done for 2 weeks so you need to go early like 10:00pm to start training before going live by 12am. After one month of work depending on performance your salary will be increased to a very reasonable one. We also offer performance bonus and a Christmas bonus for upcoming december. Since I said we dont have office so expect that you will take calls inside a coffee shop usually at IT park. We dont have much benefits like SSS or Insurance but we will provide you Philhealth only.
