Be Quiet upgrades their Straight Power E9 line by VR-Zone.com

Be Quiet, the PC components manufacturer from Germany, upgraded their most popular power supplies series. The latest Straight Power E9 series boast a 80Plus Gold certification, a new 135mm Silent wings fan and a 5 year long warranty.



The new Straight Power E9 series is basically an entirely new design, based on a different topology compared to the unit it replaced. The company boasts an efficiency of up to 93%, which should be about right because the new series comes with a 80Plus Gold certification. Be Quiet replaced all 8 Straight Power E9 models. Now the Straight Power series consists of 5 units with fixed cables which range from 400W up to 700W and three modular units able to deliver from 480W up to 680W.
