    I see....

If naa kay account sa usa sa mga bangko diri sa atoa, nya medyo daku pod og pundo, adto pangayo nila og credit card acct. Mohatag na sila.

Ang nakahasol lang ana Boss is: if naa na kaý C-card, nya naa kay kinahanglan i-follow-up with them, makagasto ka og tawag nila (Dubai-Cebu/Mla). Daghan pa ka'g agian sa phone una nimo sila ma-istorya.

Anyway, try lang sa imong bank of choice.

there is...not just few but significant.

    some example.
    1. If you want to avail the 0% promo like buying appliances etc, you can't avail that with overseas issued card. Why avail of 0% if you can afford cash? why not? Thats 0% interest and you can easily cheap those off your monthly salary instead of paying bulk...the rest you put on an investment vehicle like stocks or other funds. big difference there if you talking something close to 100k or more.
    2. Currency conversion rate!!!! this is a big one...The currency conversion done by credit card company and parties involved is way smaller than your usual remittance outlet.
    3. You can easily give a secondary card to your love ones? like wife? make sure reliable wife hahaha basi mahurot imo limit.
    4. Other promo and gimmicks that are only offered by locally issued card. no small things when it comes to money.

As previously advised by others, just get a credit card there in Mid-east.
Then apply a local credit card here in the philippines sa bank where you have an account.
Put the credit card number you have in mid-east as reference....thats it, they will usually approved you.
Sulayi visit ang bank branch when you apply one inig bakasyon nimo.
