naka.try namug Garnier Oil Scrub. nindot xa. matangtang jud ang oil sa imu nawng niya after several hours pa bag.o manggawas nsad ang oil. pero gamay nlang. and if naa ka pimple, inig gamit mu.dry imu pimple hangtud mawala na. try ninyu. d mu magmahay.

naa sa watsons and any department store bro. nindot pud ni kay menthol so maka.sooth pud sa atung stress nga nawng. haha. pero since scrub man, dli recommended nga everyday ka mugamit kay maka.dry ug skin. ok na nang mga thrice a week. so makatipid papd ka.

og gusto jud mo na dili na mag oil inyo nawong kay ayaw na mo og kaon fatty foods. ang inyo kaonon fish, veggies, chicken (w/o skin & fats)

unya most important dili ni sila piritohon pag luto... hehehe

i recommend Garnier too... makaminimise jud xa og oil sa face, then mka.lighten sa skin pod. pero mao pod lagi, it will always to go down to "kung moangay ba imong skin type".

Currently I am using the yellow color nga facial foam.
