Default Limit people from moving abroad?

one significant issue the country faces these days is the systematic loss of its intelectuals and middle class population. You have people taking up nursing just so they can leave the country and help that countries economy. I currently have 5 cousins taking up nursing right now just so they can leave for the states, this isnt a pattern destined to help the country in the long run. It is somewhat different in Mexico where the poor are the ones leaving to America en masse. Should the government make it much more difficult for people to leave the the PI? The Philippines cannot continue to educate its population for the benfit of other countries.

Bitaw... Lisud man sad gud... gamay ra ang jobs dire sa Pilipinas... then gamay kaau ang sweldo. Daghan pa jud companies na ma-sirado, like NSC of Iligan City.

Mabuhay ang Masang Pilipino! he he

I would make it illegal to migrate out of the Philippines permanently, at least for 25 years so the country can catch up and build its educated middle class up. I currently live in the US but am planning to move back when i finish the Navy in 4 years, and most of my friends and associates here from the philippines were middle class back home. I believe it is our fault for the vicious cycle of middle class migration. If it were up to me i would force all Filipinos currently overseas to come back after 20 years, but alas that isnt my call so the best alternative solution would be to temporarily make permanently leaving the country illegal, at lest for 20 years until we are able to rebuild this country. i dont feel any satisfaction in improving my personal worthless life while i have family in the PI living the same lives they were before I left. Instead of giving them all money to buy their own houses instead of living in my apartments in Cainta Rizal... i prefer to think big and more long term. You cannot rebuild a nation if your educated population consistantly cowar away to other countries

Some are actually thinking of their future even though if maayo pagkabutang.... Unstable man gud ang political and economic environment sa Philippines... A perfect example is what is happening now... Maayo nalang gani nga wala nidaug si FPJ during the last elections, namatay pa jud -- murag mas grabe pa ang gubot kaysa kang Gloria....

Daghan na pod ang mga Specialists karon..... although statistically gamay ra ang doctor to patient ratio sa Phils, most of the patients man gud go to only one doctor that they've known throughout their life -- naay murag loyalty ba.... So if you're a Pediatrician for example, your patients are just the same people, magbalik-balik ra na.... unless of course if another doctor would refer a new patient to you...

Not all doctors are also doing well financially... my mother for example have patients who are mostly free ang bayad (relatives, friends, sons of other doctors, nephews, etc...) Aside from that, naay uban pasyente nga muhangyo, pahangyuon sad kay lisud ang panahon..... naa pod uban pabaga ug nawng, muhatag lang ug promissory note, after which dili na jud mubalik (this already happened more than twenty times especially on big cases).....

Imagine if all OFW's and all immigrants go back home, how are they gonna live? Employment is already scarce, salaries are too low whilst cost of living is getting higher and higher. This delimma is unrealistic to suggest stopping or making it illegal that's really funny. We are a democratic country, I wonder how we can do that? Care to elaborate? Anyone?
