convert high res to low res pics

hi guys, i need help converting batch jpeg files from high resolution to low res, something like 640x480 so that i could upload my pics to friendster, multiply, etc. kanang by batch ang conversion ha? thanks and merry christmas in advance to all!!

you try lang ha...if you have the photoshop..or maybe try goto yahoo..photo...upload ka den try there...
