Typhoon Siglnal # 3-4, then you are on duty. Is this considered as overtime?

hahaha,,for callcenters..i dont think so.
YOu have to work with regular salary unless it falls on holidays.
Callcenter agents needs to work unless you're trapped sa baha till neck.

lageh... karon ra pod ko ani. Kay usually if ing ana na nga signal, pauli man jud sa trabaho.
I think this is a gray area in our Labor Code. Correct me if I'm wrong.
