i think 20 is too low too....i mean im a newbie so i really dont know the actual price but if i can survive 3 years in this career 20k isnt really something to look forward too

it might not be in pinas rate, and one thing to consider is company size..

i've used this for 5 years now (http://www.centriq.com/pdfs/RHT-SG-2011.pdf), well an updated version for each year that is..

5 yrs should be around $8K monthly for a mid-large company from what i encountered..

20k is too low for 3-4 years worth of experience. Especially when it comes to .NET as these programmers are scarce in the city.

40k sounds about right, from what I've been hearing.
