Frahmcos Computer Solutions is looking for tech support agents who will actively receive calls for our Computer Services based in the USA. The location of the site is in Opao, Mandaue City so living in the Mandaue vicinity is a great advantage for applicants. Supposedly the job is home based, however we decided not to because we won't be able to monitor the agents' activity all throughout the shift.

No. We are not particular with your English proficiency but we would want someone who can communicate effectively to the customers. As long as you can freely express yourself in English and you can instruct Americans, then you are qualified.
