Cardio 1st then after do some abs work - sit ups, leg raise, crunches (set a goal and envision yourself to have rock abs) so that you'll be serious with it..the rest like diet will follow because you are conscious already..you know how hard it is there to sweat and achieve the fat loss..always imagine yourself in the future how you will look like so you will be motivated!
