Are there restrictions on bringing gadgets from other countries?

Sorry if this is a repost or a wrong post. Can't really find the right topic for this one.

Anywayz, I'm planning to go to US to visit a few friends. First time pod naku ni nga travel abroad. When coming back, I'm also planning to buy 2-3 PSP 3006 there for my son and siblings; and maybe a speaker or something. Ako kahadlukan, dili na masangit sa airport diri sa Pinas or anywhere? Naa koy nadunggan god nga kutikutihon kuno ka kay nganu naa ka ani or naa ka ana. Ingon sila best daw kung hand carry na lang and open it up in advance and declare them personal.

Any advise what to do?

actually brad naa man ko sa singapore noh. ang diskarte diha is just discard the box of the item(or perhaps i-flatten ang box then isulod sa check in luggage mo) and i hand carry ra ang items.
ky kung naa man jud sa box its like brand new and bacin masangit ka sa customs pabayaron ka tax
that way it looks like na personal jud ang items ky wala naman gyud og box.

im not so sure about the speaker. pero kung speaker ra na gamay ok raman na kanag maigo ra sa hand carry

Regarding sa speakers kay bawal ra ba ang mga magnetic devices sa plane. Kung dako nga speaker basig adto na masangit sa US inig check-in nimo balik Pinas.

naa ko kaila nakadala man to xa ug home theatre.. iya ra gicheck-in from US to Cebu... direct na nuon to pabalik... Gikan Detroit to Cebu...mau guro wala masangit...

Yes, ayaw lang isud sa box... sakto rana tulo ... imoha , imo asawa ug imo anak in case ngutan on ka..per usually kung wala sa box dili nana .. adto linya sa daghan nag linya aron dili kay taas ang oras pag entertain nimo.. About LCD kay daku daku mani di masud sa bag... pusta ug daan nga box ablihi nalng sa luyo imo lcd , ngita ug wire pede nimo maputol para nig On nimo di dyud mu power ON.. then kung ngutan on ka ingna defective pa service nimo kung di sila mutoo hala epa power ON nila... duha na ka TV ako na uli 32 ug 42 inch..lusut raman... Ang taxable kay murag 10Kpesos pataas man guro , less than that wala.. im not sure..
