Using Engine Brake: Good or Not?

Mga guys, ask lang ko if using engine braking for our motorcyle while decelerating is good or not? Usually man gud dili ko mag gamit ug brake kay engine brake ra ko halos tanan...so far wala pa man negative effects sa ko motor. Kamo? Unsa man inyo? Any experiences?

im not sure ug naa ba jud effects ang pag cge engine brake.

pero murag ok raman guro nah as long as wala paka ni accelerate pag ayo like gkan ka permira or seconda

pero ug naa naka sa high gear then mo low gear ka kalit para sa engine brake i think maka daot na cguro nah.

.... nganong mag engine brake man ka permi... wa di ay ka brakes?
mag engine brake lang if you need to.... like going a very step downhill
to backup your regular brake and for safety purposes....otherwise, if you
use engine brakes most of the time even on a flat surface (city driving)
eventually, it will put a lot of stress on your engine, and in the long run,
mechanical engine problem is sooner than expected... just my 2 cents.
