Default Philippine Treasures - Showcasing the Rich Cebuano History

I just watched Philippine Treasures and so the richness of Cebuano Culture with lots of treasures. We, Cebuanos, have rich historical wonders. It is time that we unearth them. It is time to teach Cebuano History and how the Cebuanos came to be. Sad to say it is blighted by the pro-Tagalog education and making our history as just a footnote to the so-called Tagalog culture which tries to impose on us.

Now is the time that we have to teach Cebuano History. It is time to teach that all cultures are deeply rooted to our the Sugbuanon heritage. Even the Tagalog culture is evolved from the Sugbuanon heritage and blended together with the native Luzon people.

And I hate to say this, let us stop calling ourselves Filipinos. Because that itself is not our name. We are Cebuanos and we should be proud of it.
