useless senate? ang lower house ang useless!!! in changing a name of a school it will take 1 year but when changing the constitution, maaprove lang overnight withoutr any public hearing? nindot sad. wala gani na niagi ug hearing sa kumite! what if after diay sa election sa May ang charter change? ngano imove pa man jud sa Nov? shameless and immoral. These dont do anythng except to receive pork barrels and go junkets abroad.

Its basic delicadeza, you dont pass a measure that would benefit yourself but look at these shameless crooks, they throw out even basic decency.

I just remember when the minority filed its 2nd impeachment complaint, these TONGRESSMEN used the oil spill in Guimaras as an alibi. That porke daw may Guimaras oil spill, they should not have wasted their time on impeachment. How noble and laudable argument!

Fast forward December 2006, while Bicol is ravaged by Reming, where hundreds lost their homes and loved ones, there is no stopping from these TONGRESSMEN to push for Con Ass and the irony of it all, the prime movers of this illegal and immoral act are TONGRESSMEN from Bicol, Louie Bill ya fuerte and Ed Sell Lag(ay)man.

Kana man cguro nga komiks nga gamiton para pangilo imong sigihan ug basa mao nga you can't seem to accept that the Senate is outright useless. Ask Ed Angara and he will tell you straight in the face that he himself had said that the Senate is useless. Go ask the Senator himself.

And what has the lower house has got to do with the Guimaras incident? And what has the lower house has got to do with typhoons in Bicol? For all I know mas daghan pang congremen ang nanabang sa mga disaster nga ingon ini because the one's affected are their direct constituents unlike the Senate which is "national" in nature so they don't care except opening their big mouths.

Daghan bitaw bills pero mga trivial, renaming of streets, bridges, high school, appropriating an amount for the basketball court.
