Masters you say?

Having someone else make your own thesis simply defeats your purpose in pursuing your Masteral studies.
Your thesis is supposed to be the final output of what you have learned and mastered from your field of expertise. If you let someone else do it for you, I don't think you'll feel fulfilled afterwards.

If you are too busy with work then you would've taken a year off from school/thesis making or better yet take a leave from work if you want to focus on your thesis. Most companies would give you a lighter load if you let them know you're working on your thesis.

If I were your prof or adviser, I will definitely flunk you or not let you graduate.
