I'm not too up-to-date with the prices in Cebu, but i'm pretty sure that both the SGS2 and iPhone4 are well over 25k brand new. As for the N9 - Meego OS is dead, so don't waste your money on it.

I'd recommend you get either the iPhone 3GS or either of these 2 Androids: Samsung Galaxy S (i9000) or HTC Desire S. All are easily within your budget but are still very capable handsets.

Of course, you'll have to decide if you want iOS or Android.

Once you're past the software part, time to consider hardware. The 3GS has no front-facing camera, no LED flash and no micro-SD slot for extra memory. The Galaxy S has a better, more vibrant screen but the Desire S has an LED flash for its' camera - both have a front-facing camera and a micro-SD slot. Also, both Android handsets have a 5MP camera sensor while the 3GS only has a 3MP one.

    Hope this helps!
