In migrating into another country, it is best to find a permanent job. However, few migrants are able to succeed in doing so. Because of this, it would be best to consider the factors affecting your success in landing a job and hopefully, a career.

It interests me because we Filipinos are very hopeful in making our lives better by working overseas. Just what like others are saying: "The grass is greener on the other side of the field".
