Default Do you think the Philippine market is ready for timesharing, or time shares?

Are there resorts here who are selling time shares already? Any feedback would be very much appreciated..

Club Ultima, Cebu City Sports Club ug uban pa. It depends if unsa natype imo gusto and type available.

I was invited recently by Asturias Plaza Resort but wala sila resort deri sa Cebu as of now, wala pud mi nikuha. They are selling at P240K, i think mao ni na Time share mentioned by Rescyth coz base sa iya detail gihatag mao mao sa Astoria Plaza, naa man gud na sila accreditation sa other resort local & international.

    thanks for clarifying it bro.
daan pako timeshare to gi-offer sa ako.

Here's my take on time shares:

    EXPENSIVE investment

    - if you are looking at this as an investment, it's not good unless you are very liquid. Kay dili ni dali dali mahalin if you have an emergency.
    - it is also expensive if wala paka sa stage in your life nga kaafford ka magcge bakasyon here and abroad aron ma maximize nimo ang benefits sa imo time share.

But if naa naka sa stage nga cge larga, this might be an advantage.
