Do not say “I am proud to be a Filipino” everytime Manny Pacquiao, Charice, Lea Salonga do something noteable because those are their accomplishments and not yours.

seriously, makasubo gyud nga ang mga pinoy proud ra nga pinoy sila kng ang mga sikat nga pinoy mas nisikat tungod sa ilang mga nabuhat.

shouldn't we be also proud for the forgotten people, deprived of the limelight, working behind the public eye to serve, defend and build our country?

unsaon na man lang tong mga sundalo nato which have long gained the awe of foreign armed forces for their skill and dedication to their duty?

point is, di lang unta ta magsakay sakay sa other people's achievements and when somebody achieves something, others tend to drag their nationality as a filipino and claim it's an achievement of the whole nation. wa sila kuyapi?!
