Im afraid your proberly only looking at some china Android clones with 2.2 on them for about 5500pesos, OR Htc magic but a good condition unit is still 5500-6000pesos, Zte Blade is 7-8k, Htc wildfire 7-k

there is not much decent android phones for 5k or below, sorry to ruin your dreams hehe
