Okay, we're trying to establish a small business but we're finding it a bit difficult to find an accessible place. Much like those pungko2x internet cafe along USC, we want to situate ours there.
The problem is, it's so hard to find one :/
BUT I've seen several dorms and I want to as if you (boarding house owners) if you're interested in renting to us your first floor? Studio apartment? Can we convert two studio apartments to make them in to one?
I'd very much appreciate your insights and feedback and maybe, if you guys happen to have a space for rent, hells yeah we'll take it.
My budget is 20K, preferably with a water meter (I'll separate a meter for electricity) okay ra sad if you guys (like i said above) you'll rent out to me your two studio apartments, smosh them together to make one.
