Are banned users allowed to come back??

Just curious,

are banned users allowed to come back? I know they can always come back with new account handle names and such... but wasn't the point of getting them out the reason of banning them? So them coming back... pwede diay?


Just asking coz i dont recall seeing a rule related to it, aside from "multiple accounts".

allowed ra man sila. but di na magamit ang ilang email address sa banned account, IMHO.

create new istorya account = create new email account

so............... the point of banning them was just to bring their post counts back to 0 with a new name? ..........okay.....??

Im curious if the bann is meant to be permanent (ofcourse, they cannot permanently ban a user coz he/she can always use another computer and log int)... but ... pwede diay mu balik after being banned and STAY?

I think it's ok, It takes time to register, it takes 1 second to ignore his/her threads/posts.... and it only takes 2 to 5 seconds to ban a member anyway...

Hmm.. then again. Getting one's post count all the way back to 0 must be hell when ur a senior member or elite memebr na. It's like "noooooooooooooooooooo!!! my hours of typing!!!!" hehe
