A never been occupied house and lot at Minglanilla Homes in Tungkil Minglanilla with 80sq.m lot area, single detached bungalow with 2 bedrooms and with friendly neighborhood is for sale/assume...

To assume, cash out P330,000.00 (NEGOTIABLE) and continue the monthly amortization at Pag-ibig of P8,800.00 for 28 years..This is more practical than renting a house or an apartment all your life.
