Default Filipino Ingenuity! Bringing light to the poor, one liter at a time.

I think what I consider a real ingenuity is bringing those poor OUT from the dark
again this is just one of those so called "inventions" that has spurted out due to the harsh, cruel socio-economic weather we're at.

Of course, necessity is the mother of all inventions but in our case here the thirdworld nation of the Philippines, poverty & desperation is the very mother of innovation & improvisation
and, God forbid, time will come our hunger will push us to "invent" our own food just to get through the day

and is that a bad thing?! spurring out something positive from the "harshness" as you said? at least these people have done something to improve a way of life for some. it may not be a huge impact but still it does made an impact. how bout you? what have you done except rant?

invent our own food? now thats a thought. and it's bad because?....
