akoa mama boss kay 0.54cm daw enlargement.. wa man gitumar.. kung mag exercise boss mawala ra na enlargement ? akoa nya sultian ang akoa mama.

@arkdave nope once dako na imong heart di nana mogamay. mao njud na siya boss. that's what my doc told me. mao lagi toh healthy living. sad to say 22 pko pero enlarged na akong heart. pero wa ko pa discourage. kbaw ko basta di ko palabi okay rako. control lang jud kaon niya exercise.

if athlete ka sir then its normal na mag cardiomegaly/enlargement of the heart...
