naa sa amoa sir...4K per room (+additional for water and kuryente)... bale good for 3 ang size room pro 2 people ra ang amo giallow per room.
u have the option to share it with someone (naai usa ka room nga nangita kug roomate) or have the room to yourself
townhouse ni xa...nga naai 4 rooms.ang kuryente and tubig ky equally divided by the tenants.
