Dog scandal?

I had witnessed a man and a dog scandal.

Recently while we are asleep at night I was awaken when I heard our dog outside the house was barking, so I peep on our window to check who was there outside. To my surprise, WTF!! There was a man (our neighbor) outside the gated house across our house who was sitting while his arm extending at the dog inside the gate and holding the dog’s ***** and starts to masturbate it! I was like, unsa may nakaon aning boang?! Actually, the dog didn’t act violently, coz somewhat, that man is the dog’s care taker. I don’t know if he was just drunk that time or it’s just his way to suppress the dog’s sexual behavior with other dogs outside. Hehe basta manguwag man gud ang iro saba kayo inig ka gabii labi na kita ug bayi nga iro sa gawas. Then after several minutes he stood up and leave the dog behind, after then, the dog didn’t make noise again on that evening and I went back to bed.

What are your thoughts on this dog and his master scandal? Have you tried this to your dog? Hehe
