Inconvenience in withdrawing 50K and above

kinsa diri ninyo naka try ug withdraw either sa Metrobank or BDO nga ang imong gusto i-withdraw is 50K up? Giingnan ba mo sa bank personnel nga withdraw una ug certain amount sa ilang ATM before mo mag over the counter? For example didto kog Metrobank, withdraw kog 75K, gipa withdraw una ko ug 30K sa ATM then adto ko counter to withdraw the rest. Medyo hasol man

Same thing nahitabo nako last year, nag withdraw kog 90K sa BDO, gipa withdraw una kog 50K sa ilang ATM

have you ask them? the banks?

the way see I it, the bank doesnt store more than 50k over the counter that's why they instruct you withdraw some over the counter.

When i open a dollar account at bdo, i ask them about the info where there's a delay during a withdrawal. They inform me that it depends on the amount of money being withdrawn. If i withdraw more than a $1k I have to call them beforehand or 1 day ahead since they do not have that amount of money on hand.

ang giingon lang sa ako-a sa metrobank kay because daw its a savings account with ATM so mao jud daw sa BDO ingon ra nga "mao jud na sir". Mao gi close nako ako account sa BDO that time LOL

OT: ayaw mo kompyansa ug withdraw diha sa BDO highway mandaue kana kilid sa BPI duol sa jolibee. kanang mga taw nga mamaligya diha mga snatcher/hold-upper nah.. bantayan lang mo kung dako ba inyo e withdraw.. akoa sis ga withdraw ug 50k diha. pg sakay niya sa taxi gi sunod ug sulod ang snatcher sabay tion ug pusil.. nakuhaan gyud ako sis around 80k kay naa man xa cash daan sa iya bag.. mura konsabo pd ang driver sa taxi.. sayang lang kay na rattle akoa sis wala niya nakuha plate number sa taxi ug wala sd siya ni tan-aw sa (face) sa hold-upper kay na hadlok sya.. ga korog gd tawn xa pg abot namo kay gi apas man namo xa.. pg abot namo sa police ana ra tawn ang police wala ta mahimo ana kay wala man nimo nakuha plate number..huhuhu

even if you called them the day before, and if you're already at the counter this gal will ask you, have you inform us in advance? wtf?, whereas they have known it by the amount you are going to withdraw requires an advance call so, meaning you've done what they required db? very annoying sumtyms really,lol

for large transactions you'd have to call the bank at least a couple of days in advance before withdrawing...

Diri ra man na sa pinas nga dili ta ka withdraw above 50k. Didto sa foreign countries, pagusto ra man ka pila imong withdrawhon.

not as the same with BPI.pwede rman dayon ka kakuha og more than 200k.
but they need to verify it thru their manager before you can get the money.

200k or millions, pwede ra as long naay kwarta ang branch. Problem is dili na sila mo stock ug daghan for security reasons.
