anyone has ideas about customizing a CRM for a company?

Hi Guys,

I am currently in-charge with the system in our office. I would like to ask if anyone has an idea about CRM and all. Currently, IdealCRM gives us our needs but we just need to customize it on our own. If someone can make the same format and applications like idealCRM then that would be very convenient.

Can someone explain further this to me.

Try their support forums or something. A product like that should have some sort of support if it's being used commercially.
