We want to start the company right and make the lives of Cebuanos better.

uhmmm.. with all due respect sir/madam.. i don't think this would be the wisest move for "marketing strategy" and some information requested are a bit delicate to talk about here as it would constitute to breaching the terms of confidentiality as signed and agreed by the employee regardless of anonymity here.

nevertheless if it would be used for other purposes that i or other members here are not aware of..

on another point, perhaps a little introduction of the company you are representing would be helpful.

Dili ko callboy Usually I don't like to talk about each others salaries with my friends, except if close na jud mi. Naa koy info pila ilang mga sweldo.

Naa koy amigo, level 1 sa Stream, sa Dell na assign. 8-9k daw iyang average ma net salary per 15th ug 30th day of the month. Katong naapa siya sa Convergies, dako2x siya unta, mga 10k kuno, pero pressured siya didto kaysa recent work niya.
