    Default super fat after c-s


    heeelllooo guys need of help bfore wala pako mu gave birth gamay ko na pagka babae after nanganak ko ni daku jud ko taman... c-s ko then i tried sit ups.. but ma feel man nako ang stitches mura man mu kuto ui murag ma feel nako naa ning crack sa akoa mga tahi and after wards if mu padayun ko hapdos akoa tahi... karun 2 yrs na ni agi mahadlok ko mu sit-up kay tungod sa akoa stitches mga 3 1/2 inches.... unsa man maayu excercise pareha nako.... im getting bigger plus pa jud sa akoa hormonal imbalance mao daku na kaayu ko...........

    start by dieting and jogging.

    Sit-up is not the solution for slimming down your tummy.. Coz your overall fat sa lawas ang dapat mo-ubos..

    As what I've seen sa TV, unsa ang pinaka-fat nga part sa imu lawas, mao na ang last mawala/mo-slim..

    I've started my exercise last year october, and first na ni-niwang sa akoa is my face, arms and back.. my tummy is still hear even though mag sit-ups ko..

    cardio exercise lang sa maam, mao gyud na pinaka best para mogamay ka.

    best solution is jogging jud. proven and tested 2 months ko nag gym i lose weight but my tummy is still there. pero after nako jogging around 2 weeks makita nimo ang difference. mu gamay jud imo tummy...

    kung dli jud ka normally dako sauna sis, mubalik ra jud ka gamay ana. bagohay rapud ko na-CS, dako jud nakatabang ang binder ug breastfeed. diet ug excercise jud sis. kuyaw man tngale ng sit-ups sa gikan na-CS. Dancing nlng sis, or simple swaying of hips or bending every morning & evening, ok nana. Not necessarily nga mag gym, gastos napud na.
