daylight outdoor shooting with fill flash: diffuser or bounce card?

im planning to go on street photography soon. i wanted to use my flash as fill light for my subjects. which is the best thing to use in order to give out a soft light? diffuser or bounce card?

if diffuser, would it be an omnibounce or lightsphere?

if any of the two doesnt correspond to the title for shooting outdoors, what other suggestions can you give? i know shooting in broad daylight doesnt require flash but i need to practice with my flash using fill technique. i also dont need a reflector since im shooting alone. im using a yn-460 manual flash by the way. im planning on mounting it on my cam. handheld strobing might also help but its just uncomfortable for me.

For me I would just use my pop-up flash as a fill rather using a external.

But if I would choose between the two I would go with a diffused omnibounce speedlight its less of an hassle than the ligthsphere if your shooting in the street street.

I actually also use my flash on broad daylight and most of the time, I use the built-in bounce card instead of my diffuser. This gives me a more pleasing look, plus I found that the light spilled is more controllable. YMMV.
