Hasol daw ang BDO... I haven't heard about BPI though... Utilize the Search button and keyword Paypal... You'll find a lot...

UnionBank EON Account P350 ra bayad then 2 Valid IDs ra ang requirements.
After ana deposit og P200 para bayad nimo sa pag link sa imo EON Account sa imo PayPal ($1.99 to be exact) account which is makuha ra nimo og balik after the linking process kay iuli man na sa PayPal.
