Same tah probs bai, I can manage to stand/sit straight but im comfortable man mag bako oi hehe
sleep on a hard surface...(pag banig matulog w/out pillow at least 2-3 months....ayaw lng ug tuyok2 ug higda kay way gamit straight lng jud kna mura bago tuli dle pwede mag tuyok2) niya dont carry heavy load (bags)...or adto ka sa doctor pataod ug plate sa likod...
If your job keeps you in a sedentary position for long period of hours then I reccomend that instead you sit on an ergonomic chair better you get a fitness ball.
My former Australian boss used to do this and he encourage everyone to do the same inthe office to keep a good posture.
Bakho2 man ko pero nausab gamay ky nag officer ko sa CAT.. haha. pag anad2 lang stand ug sit straight bro.. kaya rana. turn off biya keu nas mga chx ang bako.. kapila nako nakasab.an ay. haha
walk like a model. stand straight. chin up. stomach in breast out. back i tarong kung ga feel ka nagkabako imo shoulders. lift it up. remember by walking straight di magbako. you'll feel tall. walk tall. bako=putot hahaha mau rana![]()
self discipline ra jud na TS....if you don't want to be bakho all your life, then try to change now....bakho are very prone to having osteoporosis ig ka tiguwang baya...discipline yourself lang TS...
pwo some say na bakhoon jud kuno nang mga naay asthma i don't know if true bah...d man kaha ka asthmatic TS?!
