Those are the links regarding their features and specs. IMO, as I see it they are almost the same but still with distinct features. Ex. in Belkin, which supports dual band so you can utilize the 2.4ghz frequency and 5Ghz frequency.
If you will use Alfa, as far as I know the antenna should be pointed where the source signal is located the same with some ISP providers like the antenna should be pointed to the nearest tower.

Now, about your question I would choose Alfa because of its unique design where you can place the antenna close enough where the signal is coming from not like the Belkin where it is just plugged in a USB port which you can't move, not unless you'll be spending for a USB port extension just to elevate the device. But still, nasa iyo parin kung alin jan ang gagamitin mo, own opinion lng koh ito.
