    Bro, follow this steps:
    1) reset all your BIOS settings to its factory default config.
    2) back to bios.
    3) check all the hardware info from the BIOS.
    • Memory - was exactly pulled out the correct memory capacity?. Check you memory module. Solution: remove one of the memory and clean the pin by eraser. Now, take it the memory back to the slot one at a time. First, you must try booting your PC using 1 mem module. Go to the BIOS check the memory deatils and save. Then, boot up straight to the OS. Then shutdown and mount the other one. The Boot up straignt to the OS. If find it that would be the cause then one of your memory or all your memory is defective. You must change it with a good one.
    • Processor - was your processor's temperature too high? have you tried to come close to the heatsink and touch? was it too hot? Solution: You may put some 'Silicon Paste' between processor & heatsink on a sandwich like direction. Make sure that the processor is properly mounted. This is probably a cause by an overheating.
    • PSU - While the PSU is powered on along with its CPU load, you can get a tester and measure the voltage output and amper output from the PSU. That output should be satisfied according to the voltage and amper rating ratio or Power ratio.
    • Motherboard - motherboard is easy to determine by swapping in and out with some new modules on different combination. if you may find something that you may think is not usual then that's it. but first this should be recorded along so you could have correct gathering of data for crosschecking between line to line. Motherboard is the last troubleshooting to be done must after the other.

4)Remove all your peripherals have plugged like printers, usb, etc...

Now, update us if you've done these things.

Hope this friendly instructions could help you a lot.
