so true... I'm thin but I'd rather sit than lay down. more than half day sitting with the computer and i rarely go out pajud. I exercise like more or less 15mins a day only...hahayz. too much of something is bad jud. mayta naay PC set na magbarog ra ka...hehe
I haven't read the article (yet) but I have to say nga i-balance tanan natong buhaton. The nature of my job is sedentary and bawi-on nako akong 8 hours nga sigeg lingkod ug gym for an hour. At least kapagawas pud ko sa akong singot.
importante exercise sad jud, kung mo lift ka balansihi sag cardio exercise para sa imong heart ug para nindot ang blood circulation. get enough sleep sad kay para dili hubag/itom eyebags.
gisendan pd ko ani skng officemate.. mao mag barog2 nlng ta ani once in a while.. depende sad nuon sa job hehehehe
yup maka heart attack ni kay menus kaayo imu activities. maka dako pod sa tiyan...
