    Default required amino acid intake while in gym...


    noob question lng po, sa mga experts dyan, ilan ba req. na intake ng amino acid? i mean dosage? kasi yung mga amino acid na tablets iba2x eh, meron 6000mg at 2222mg... anu ba talaga? na wo-worry ako baka ma overdose ako at meron side effect pag na pa sobra... bali sa gym more on cardio ako, chest, back, bi-ceps, tri-ceps, abs, shoulders at 15mins warm up and 10mins cooldown... at ilang oras ko ba iinumin bago mag gym? 30mins? 1hr? pls help naman po...

    sir it depends. anu kaba?Gain mass? or Loss weight? if Gain Mass yes ok lang yan 2222 take 1 tablet 30mins before mag workout. then wag masyado rest malaki yan 10 mins cooldown...


    if pa loose weight naman. ma suggest ko sayu is ung Lipo 6x. or ung Black Lipo. take 1 tablet before lunch then for the 1st week take 1 tablet 30mins before workout then next week take 2 tablets before workout.


    then wag mo pag sabayin lahat at least make a program.

    Day 1
    Biceps
    Triceps

    then abs daily
    like sit ups, leg raise, roman chair, crunches, side dumbel,

    day2
    Back
    shoulder

    then abs daily

    Day3
    Chest
    legs

    abs daily..

    or you can make it MWF and TTH

    Amino acid is basically protein. Taking one or taking non at all doesn't have any significant effect on working out. Unless you take alot like Fred. If you want to get big. Worry about your nutrition. Not your supplements

    high protein milk inoma bro.. mao man akoa.
    nag inom ko murag ni gain ko 4lbs.. 110lbs ko sauna karon 114 nah.. gamay ra kay 1 week paman ko sa gymn..


    pero ok ra guro nang amino acid, wa paman ko ka suway ana... hadlok ko...

    yes naa koy program, dle xa sabay tanan... pro akong napalit kay katong amino 6000 man gud... na igno lng ko kay 6000mg bah basig ma overdose ko... gamay ko ug lawas 5'5 akong height then 56kgs. akong timbang... wala ko naga papayat naga pa dako ko...

    pero what time nako ni xa inumon...? 30mins before gym? o 1hr...?

    ahhh padako diay.. take more protein bro para magka unod ka. naa man mga whey dha for gaining mass...

    yeah 30 mins before mag gym bro..

    15 mins man required before mag gym og after pud inom pud ka mao na ako. ) sa amino acids ni ha
