The MEDIAGATE MG-35 is a high-performance Digital Media Adapter. At its most basic level, it is an external USB enclosure with media playback capability that lets users fit in a 3.5" HDD. Users are free to choose the brand and capacity of HDD they want to install.
The MEDIAGATE MG-35 supports and plays back most of the commonly-used file formats. It can also be hooked up to TVs and stereo systems with ease.
Another feature of the MEDIAGATE MG-35 is that it can be used as a Network Direct Attached Storage unit. Connect the MG-35 to your network switch via its RJ45 plug and it appears as a network drive.

* MEDIAGATE MG-35 is a high-performed, DMA with 3.5-inch HDD inside. The MG-35 has a 10/100 Ethernet port so home PCs in the same subnet can be easily accessed.
* The MG-35 has a built-in 3.5-inch HDD Slot. As the price of 3.5-inch HDD is the lowest compared to other sizes, users can easily install 80G or 120G (HDD is not included),which provides enough space for storing digital movies.
* The MG-35 has a USB2.0 slave port. It provides an alternative way to download digital contents from the PC.
* The MG-35 can be provided without 3.5-inch HDD. In this case, it can be a low-cost DMA without HDD.
* The MG-35 can be configured in collaboration with web-based movie distributor as a set-top box or media gateway to access, play and/or download the legal movies from the website directly without home PC.
* The MG-35 is an optimal solution as OEM or ODM product for who want a high-performed DMA. The DMA is designed to be flexible and easily fits into the customer's requirement.
