CANCELLATION OF PASS sa SG..NEED YOUR HELP very urgent

Dear All,

Ask ko lang po yung advice nyo..here's my situation: ( sorry gi tagalog nako kay gbroadcast pd ni nako sa Pinoysg..)


Natanggap ako sa company A through agency. My IPA was already approved and there comes company B who is offering me a job, meaning direct hired ako dito. inline yung work experience ko sa Pinas with this company B..But both companies are good. I took the chance to choose company B para hindi ako makapagbayad ng agent fee. I was hired last April, but then the pass was just process last May 6. I kept on chasing the agency to process my pass, kasi yung SVP ko will expire on the 25th of May. Until my pass was process last May 6 afternoon, but then I had an interview with this company B May 6 10AM. I was informed by company B na my 2nd interview ako sa Tuesday, May 10. However, my pass was also approved for company A just last Monday, May 9. I decided to cancel the pass so company B can process my new pass, as advised by HR.

The questions now are the following:

1. How long will it take to cancel a pass? Kasi sabi ng agency, hindi yan madaling icancel ang pass.

2. Ano po yung pwede kong gawin ngayon since sabi ng agency, hindi madaling magcancel ng pass. Totoo bang pwede akong mag.approach ng MOM for my new application and tell them about this matter?

3. Since my status was already approved, pwede bang ma extend ako ng another month considering that my SVP will expire on the 25th of May at hindi pa namin alam kung kelan i.cancel ng agency ang pass ko.

based on experience ... dali ra kaayo pa cancel ug pass application
ni tawag ko kang company A nga ako i cancel ako application sa ilaha (manual daw ang application = dugay) kai na dawat ko sa company B ...

dili man pud ma proccess ang application kang company B tungod sa pending application ni A
