Machange ang routine/interval after 2 weeks and thereafter base sa program nga gi plot sa imo desired span (e.g 1 or 2 months)

I suggest you schedule your workout thrice in a week with at least one day interval. The purpose of which is to give time for your muscles to grow. Six times a week is so strenuous and may hamper your muscle growth. Well, unless you take a lot of protein supplements slash enhancers, then why not.
everyday lift ko Sunday rako pahulay, inum sad ko pangpa dako muscle nuon, okay ra ang resulta bro. ipuli-puli lang ang muscle nga imong ig-on para makapahulay. Example scenario: Monday tira kag bicep, Tuesday tira kag tricep, Wednesday bicep nasad, Thursday balik tricep.... ay lang pagdali moabot ra lage na. Godspeed.
