unfortunately on the drawing board as of now
but hope it does reach production in some form or another

there actually are film cameras like this. you can rotate
the film back for vertical or horizontal shooting...


there's also this digital back also for medium format cameras...

...but that would cost you both arms and both legs...
...and probably a bit more too
