Of course naa pa. Since mo apply pman ka sa lain CC or company, i suggest not to include your previous employer sa imo resume to avoid further question during the interview- Its a big NO NO sa lain company as far as professionalism is concerned
I suggest you may ask those persons. I personally believe that it all depends on how you behave and address the questions during the interview. if I were you, avoid talking AWOL as an excuse or for a reason as it may create another questions that may possibly trap you in a box.
AWOL doesn't bring any good to a company as it is a complete behavioral problem towards work ethics
i agree with @jsebastian BUT you can't just delete that experience in your resume if you've been working with your previous company for some years. They will somehow know it in your SSS contribution.
someone in our company didnt mention about his job from his former employer. when hr found out, they file fraud and he got terminated.
there's a really small chance to get hired if you declare you AWOLd.
too bad to hear that.... lisuda diay sa...
Naa koy friend naa ron sa isa ka bpo company, nag AWOL sya before sa among previous company.. ang iyang gireason out why ni awol sya noh kay, emergency sa ilang family business, then dili sya ka file og immediate resignation kay dili musogot ang management tungod sa headcount.. chuchu..
Lusot man pud! Biliba lagi nako.
